Arbora is the world’s largest residential development that uses cross-laminated timber (CLT) construction. Built in 3 phases over a 4-year period, the LEED-certified project added 434 rental units and condos to Montreal’s Griffintown district. Performa was contracted to promote the CLT construction, demonstrate its added value and generate qualified leads.
