LE CELTIS is a 166-unit rental property that’s firmly rooted in its community. Developed by Legacy Développement Immobilier and located in a vibrant neighbourhood, LE CELTIS gives occupants the chance to live in a building with unique architecture and restorative natural features. The development was named after the celtis trees growing on the property. We searched for the brand name, created the brand DNA, produced the marketing content (manifesto, website, 3D renderings) and handled the press relations.
