LOMBOI consists of 17 LEED-certified condos near Parc Molson in the heart of Montreal’s Rosemont neighbourhood. The development’s name honours the lumber yard that used to operate on the same site. Our objective was to create a brand identity that reflected the values and vision of Devauban, the real estate development company behind the project.
