The mandate

ASTORIA is a major rental project in Laval developed by Claria. Made up of 337 units across 13 floors, the project stands out for its high-quality residential offering. It features two distinct unit collections, comprehensive amenities and common areas, and LEED certification in the works.

Performa was brought in to build the full brand platform — from strategy and identity to promotional tools, website, media campaigns and the leasing office.
