Evado is a rental property developed by Cosoltec on Montreal’s North Shore. We were asked to produce and optimize the Web strategy and media creation, as well as to integrate a CRM. Rather than creating campaigns set to run for predetermined periods and broad consumer segments, we decided to use impactful digital messages and carefully track the results by ad source.
