LABO consists of 300 rental units located in the bustling neighbourhood near Atwater Market. Straddling the past and present, the property sets the tone for creative living. Our goal was to create a brand identity that reflected the project’s architecture, which combined the unique history of one of Canada’s first pharmaceutical labs and the contemporary elegance of a new build.
