Mandate
Located in Gatineau, LATTI is a 268-unit rental property developed by Capital Square, Fonds Immobilier de solidarité FTQ and Groupe Armid. Performa was hired to produce a 360-degree marketing plan, which included performing a brand audit, developing the brand identity (name, DNA, logo, messages, brand image) and producing an end-to-end marketing campaign (CRM, newsletters, outdoor advertising, website, etc.).
