SmartCentres is a fully integrated, TSX-listed real estate investment trust with a best-in-class portfolio of commercial and residential properties located across Canada. They hired us to develop the name, brand image and key messages for one of their first large-scale projects in Quebec. We conducted a competitor audit and produced the strategic plan, 3D renderings, website, digital campaigns, newsletters, social media presence and more.
