Arbora is the largest housing project in the world with a CLT solid wood structure. It is produced by Sotramont and LSR GesDev. Eco-responsible, sustainable and innovative, this project located in the heart of Griffintown is aiming for LEED® Platinum certification.

Designed for the city but inspired by nature, Arbora is a mixed development that combines residential and commercial units. Private spaces are complemented by an urban forest, an art station, fine food shops and a variety of businesses.
