BOSCO is a 230-unit rental development in Montreal’s Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, brought to life by Pur Immobilia. The concept draws heavily from nature and natural light, pairing contemporary architecture with living environments that truly feel unique. A full residential offering that goes far beyond square footage.

Performa built the brand from the ground up, from brand identity and marketing strategy to execution across multiple platforms. This included the landing page, advertising campaigns (La Presse+ and The Gazette), media and on-site signage, leasing materials and CRM setup.
