The mandate

Developed by Rachel Julien, CANOË is a large-scale, eco-responsible neighbourhood that is home to some 835 units — a mix of rentals, sale properties and commercial spaces. Performa was brought in to boost project visibility and to design the website.

The results

– A distinctive digital presence that reflects the project’s eco-responsible values and community vision.
– An animated and immersive website to help future residents picture themselves living there.
– Strong early awareness among target audiences, supporting the neighbourhood’s appeal heading into pre-launch.
